In this Blog Post, I am writing about how you can update any wordpress theme in the Dashboard.
Here’s how you update a wordpress theme:
There are two options in wordpress dashboard, where you can navigate to install and update a wordpress theme.
- Navigate to – WordPress Dashboard > Dashboard > Updates
- Appearance > Themes
Simply, when you enter your wordpress dashboard, navigate to dashboard at the top left corner and click updates.
You can find updates here if you receive any update from your WordPress Theme provider.
Also you can visit the: Appearance section > updates themes > and theme update section
as you can see the image above.
Click on: Update Themes and you will be redirected to the final update where the update happens.
As you can refer the image above, the WordPress Theme has been updated successfully.
It’s important to update WordPress Theme, as it’s critical for the overall website security.
Hackers could find potential vulnerabilities in Theme’s files and code database, and could potentially attack your site.
It’s important to update themes on a regular basis once it gets received by the theme provider.
