Creating a Schedule for your Blog posts are the best way to ensure that your website has Fresh Content. You can write multiple posts when you have time and schedule them for future dates, by scheduling posts, you can publish content at times when your audience is most active, increasing the likelihood of engagement. Consistent posting can positively impact your search engine rankings. Preparing posts ahead of time and scheduling them can help reduce last-minute errors and give you time to review and refine your content.

How to Schedule Posts in WordPress?

There are several ways to Schedule posts on wordpress website, you can choose the one that suits you best. 

  1. Schedule Posts in Block Editor

Open up the post you want to schedule and Navigate the “Publish” option.

Click on the Immediately button which is on the right side of the block editor,to schedule the post’s Date and Time.

  1. Using WordPress Plugins

There are also plugins available that can enhance the scheduling functionality:

  • Editorial Calendar: Provides a drag-and-drop calendar view of your posts.
  • WP Scheduled Posts: Offers advanced scheduling options, including a calendar view and missed schedule handler.

Unscheduling the Posts

there may be times when you’ve set up a post for future publication, and then you decide you want to publish it right away instead.

Click over the NOW button to unschedule the post and WordPress will post the Blog on your Site Immediately.
