In this Blog post, I am sharing and writing on ” How you can create Microsoft Office 365 form and add in your WordPress Website”
You don’t need a contact wordpress plugin to do this.
You can just embed the form in the wordpress, as I am showing below the process.
How to Add Microsoft Form in WordPress
First, you need an Office 365 Subscription to create a Microsoft Form.
In my case, as I already have, I am going to create a fresh microsoft form.
Navigate to > Office 365 Apps > Microsoft Forms
You can see how it looks in the below picture.
Click on > “New Form”
You will enter office 365 form builder where you can build a fresh form for various purposes, such as:
- Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Market Research Survey
- Manager Feedback Survey
- Vacation and Sick leave Form
- Form for CybernomadTV Contact
Create the form as per given options, I have created the basic one where there are details such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Question
After creating the form options, click ” Collect Responses”
After Creating, you will enter here to publish the form and make it live.
Click on: Anyone can Respond > Copy the Code ( Custom HTML)
After Creating the Office 365 Form, enter your WordPress CMS Dashboard
Navigate to > Pages > Create a New Page
I have already created a page as Contact Office
Click on the Block Editor > Add Custom HTML Block
Add your “Office 365 Form Embed Code” and paste it in the Custom HTML Block, as you can see in the picture below.
After adding, Save your Post and Preview it , if it got uploaded.
Finally, you can publish your form.
As you have seen, it was very simple to add a microsoft form in wordpress without a plugin.
Also, you do not need a contact plugin, you can simply embed microsoft form and collect responses from your site visitors.
