In this Article, I am sharing a tutorial on creating a business email address.

Many Companies offer services to provide custom business email addresses for companies. for example few companies include:

1. Google G Suite
2. Microsoft Office 365
3. Web Hosting Companies – Dreamhost, Kinsta, Bluehost, GreenGeeks
4. Sass – Zoho

In this tutorial, I am using dreamhost service to create and setup business email for free.

You can create unlimited custom email addresses offered by dreamhost.

How to Setup and Create a Business Email

Whether you want to create a custom email for:

1. Your Website/Blog
2. Your organization
3. Personal Use

1. First you need a hosting service to create a business email.
   
2. You can purchase any provider, I am using dreamhost service from last several years and I find it simple and easy to use. It’s a very old company in the technology world and provide hosting and compute services.
   
3. Once you have purchased the plan, this is how the dashboard looks like. This is our hosting environment currently in use.
   
4. Click on to the Mail Section > Select > Manage Email – You will see the view displayed in the image, as I have already an existing email created earlier.
   
5. Click on Create Email Button on Top Right corner > You will enter the configuration area section

1. Type in Details – Email address, Mailbox Name, Password
   
2. Email address – Use your preferred naming, create a strong password and choose a mail box name and hit “Create Email” button to initiate the process.

This takes less time to create as the company is creating an email database onto it’s servers, so that you can manage high performing business email hosted on dreamhost.

You have option to create multiple email addresses under any plan of dreamhost.

This is how the Mailbox looks like after creating, you can test the email by sending and receiving emails from different emails.

It works effectively and the times are super-fast, it receives almost instantly, and I never faced any technical issue so far.
